Orchard Win Junior House Hockey Final

ORCHARD THRASH EVERETT 4-0 to win JUNIOR HOUSE FINAL.
by Kabir Dhillon
Skipper Henry Milroy's well taken individual goal helped Orchard demolish Everett 4-0 last week at Reading Hockey Club. Tom Jones also showed his striker's touch with two close range goals. This was an exemplary team performance from the apples. Ben Peers' silky skills were no match for the Everett defence whilst our defence seemed almost unbeatable with the brillant and unseen defence by Woody Harrison along with some insane flanks, Joe Kilroy and Piers Chen not to mention our goalie Ruaridh Scott who seemed to forsee the ball's movement!
With the second half comencing Orchard were 2-0 up but seemed ruthless against the other team further scoring 2 more goals. Our last goal in the last minute was scored by Joe Kilroy who showed off his touch skills by skilling past the other goalie who knew defeat was upon him. Our Man of the Match Henry Milroy scored a tremendous goal by using sweet skills to whizz past the opposing team making it look easy! Overall the team showed determination in they gameplay but most of all "thrashed" the other team with flying colours.
This is the third consecutive win for Orchard in the Junior Hockey.
