Olly Jarrett feels the heat in the tough 1500m final. Olly managed to come second, with Harry Wallace third.

Nick Harper, Head of Orchard, set the right example at the House Athletics with a fine win in the 800m. Although 3rd coming in to the final bend, Nick produced a blistering burst of speed to leave his opposition trailing. A true apple!!

These Orchard speed merchants carried all before them in the 4x100 relay. Tom Jones gave them a solid start and Piers Chen dominated the second leg to leave Henry Milroy with a comfortable lead on the 3rd leg. Woody Harrison, with a comfortable lead, powered on to finish in a fast time.
