Life in Orchard is now back to nearly normal. The apples are not yet wearing school uniform ( they like that), and also they do not stay for prep, but can leave after games or activities. The year 11 are now in the thick of their mock exams. A few pupils still seem to be stuck at home, but even they must be wondering how long it will be before the roads clear to allow them to come in to school!

The year 9 love their brand new lockers, which they are treating with great respect!

The new Junior leader for Orchard is Henry Le Roy. A canny and calm chap, Henry joined us from the Oratory School last term and is enjoying his new school.

Only 7 pupils so far!

The heavy snowfall on Tuesday night meant only 7 pupils made it in to school. Parents with 4x4s said that even their journey in was hazardous. Hopefully as the situation on the roads improves we will get more pupils in tomorrow and next week.
